Anna Batarina
Anna Batarina, an independent consultant to Apple Tree Partners (ATP), is a leader in international business, capital markets, corporate finance, and strategy. Before 2025, Anna served as a partner at ATP, which she joined in 2016 from Braeburn, an ATP portfolio company, where she was a vice president of Strategic Development. Prior to that she was a member of the strategy team at the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to that, Anna was senior vice president and head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Uralkali, a leading global agrochemical business, where she led what was at the time one of the most successful IPOs on the London Stock Exchange.
Anna holds an M.S. degree in Individualized Genomics and Health from Johns Hopkins University, along with an M.A. in Global Affairs with a concentration in Global Health from Yale University. She trained as a clinical psychologist at Lomonosov State University. Anna is also a CFA charter holder.
