Eric Rubin, MD brings more than 35 years of cancer drug development experience across academic and industry settings, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Clinical Oncology at Merck where he led the initial development of pembrolizumab (KEYTRUDA®) through global regulatory approvals. Before joining industry, Dr. Rubin served on the faculty of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and as a senior leader at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, where he directed the Investigational Therapeutics Division. He has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and served on committees for the National Cancer Institute, American Cancer Society, American Association for Cancer Research, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Biomarkers Consortium, and National Cancer Moonshot Initiative. Dr. Rubin holds a BS in mathematics and biology from Tulane University and an MD from the University of South Florida.
